Who I Am and Where I’m Headed

Present

Right now I’m a student at VCC in the Digital Technology Marketing program, diving into how creativity and communication intersect. I’ve always been drawn to the spaces where ideas become experiences, whether that’s through marketing, advertising, design, music, interior design or anything that brings out that creative side of me.

Music plays a big role in my life too; it’s how I recharge, i explore many genres and have played classical piano since i was 10. It is also how I find rhythm in the way I think and create, oh and i also make playlists!

Beyond school, I’ve been shaping my own vision through projects like SARi, it is a fragrance concept inspired by culture, identity, and the details that stay with us. Right now, it’s in progress, but every idea begins here. Think of it as storytelling through scent, building a brand that’s not just worn, but remembered.

Past

My path has been defined by moving, adapting, and working in roles that kept me close to people. From sales to service, I learned how much words, visuals, and even the smallest details can influence someone’s choices. Those roles taught me resilience and observation, I became someone who notices how brands and people present themselves. Immigration added another layer; starting over in a new country gave me perspective on adaptability, and it also deepened my curiosity about how culture and communication shape identity.

                                                                   Future

Looking forward, I don’t want to create marketing that simply sells; I want it to connect. My goal is to change the way brands speak to people, making the relationship less transactional and more meaningful. I admire how the brand “Jacquemus” achieves this, their campaigns feel like stories you’re invited into, not just ads you scroll past.

That’s the kind of future I’m working toward: building creative work that lingers in people’s minds, sparks curiosity, and inspires connection long after the message is gone.
